Solution Discovery
Understanding the Solution
Information Architecture  |  Golden Flow  |  Design System
To understand the IA better, first the data on the website was analyzed
Then, the most complex pages "Solution Pages" were analyzed and sorted using card sorting method
Based on all the analyzed data, the new IA was curated
Golden Flow
Using the Golden Flow principle, the visual hierarchy was enhanced to improve user clarity and flow. Content overload was minimized by organizing information into distinct sections and formatting it for easy understanding."
Visual Hierarchy
Before
The current homepage lacks clarity and trust due to irrelevant images, causing confusion and a poor user experience.
After
The redesigned homepage improves clarity, builds trust by highlighting trusted partners, and enhances the user experience with a clean, focused design.
Before
Multiple options without category descriptions confuse users and cause decision fatigue
After
Organizing categories better, adding brief descriptions and taglines, helps users understand content and improves their experience.

While all the necessary information is available, it is not presented in a way that allows users to skim through it effortlessly, making it difficult to understand quickly
A better representation of the existing information, designed for easy skimming and quick understanding, allows users to grasp all the details easily
Content Overload
Before
Too much text about the solution, which makes it difficult for the user to skim through
After
The redesigned layout features dropdowns and solution overviews, making it easy to skim and explore solutions without overwhelming users with information
Before
After
Too much text and multiple product types make it hard for users to understand the core offering or skim through the information, creating a poor user experience
Product cards with brief descriptions and easy-to-access CTA buttons help users skim through and clearly understand the product
Design System
Created a design system that has reusable patterns, variants, and components that will be easy to build and work on in the future
Impact
What different did it make ?
User Testing  |  Next Steps  |  Learnings
88%
Decrease in total time taken to complete tasks 1 min 30secs to 30secs.
42%
Increase in optimal clarity from 45% to 78% (users perceive data quickly)
Heat Map - Home Screen
Before
In the original home screen, the emphasis is primarily on the lion and the human rather than the homepage content, making it irrelevant and confusing for users, as they are unsure of what to expect.
After
In the redesigned homepage, the focus is on the content, providing users with a clearer understanding of the company's purpose and what to expect.
Next Steps
01
User Testing & Insights
1. Conduct usability tests and A/B testing to identify pain points and compare design variations.
2. Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback to guide improvements.
02
Iterate & Enhance Key Pages
1. Improve the Product Page for better information clarity and engagement.
2. Redesign the Try It Out Page to be interactive and easily accessible rather than hidden under layers.
Learnings
01
Evolving as a Team Player
This year-long, large-scale project was a rewarding experience that deepened my collaboration and conflict-resolution skills. I learned to navigate differing perspectives, foster team alignment, and maintain productivity over time, strengthening my ability to contribute effectively in long-term team environments.
02
Design System
This project helped me really understand design systems—what they are, how they work, and why they matter for creating consistent and scalable designs. I loved building one and seeing how it keeps evolving to meet new challenges. It showed me how flexible and ever-changing design systems are, and it made me even more excited about creating organized, efficient design solutions.
03
Software Skills
For this project, we used Figma a lot. I already knew Figma pretty well, but as I worked, I learned so much more. I started using auto layout—I’ve already got the hang of it, but I’m still improving my skills to get closer to perfection. I also learned how to create components, variants, and a bunch of other features. It’s been really fun, and I’m excited to keep learning and growing.
